Document Request

Often, we will be contacted by legal counsel regarding a litigation matter that requires financial due diligence. At times, this may require a business to be analyzed or valued. To get “acquainted” with the business, we request certain financial and operational documents.

A number of these documents are included in our firm’s Initial Document Request for Litigation Services. Once this information is reviewed, we often prepare a more specific document request to address the particular needs of an engagement.
