Bradley Harris is a Senior Forensic Associate at MSG with more than twelve years of experience in forensic accounting, fraud examinations, and bankruptcy-related financial analysis. Over the course of his career, Bradley has served as a financial forensic expert in more than 4,000 bankruptcy matters, giving him an unusual depth of exposure to distressed-company financials, insolvency analysis, and the forensic questions that arise when businesses fail or are alleged to have been mismanaged.

Bradley’s work at MSG extends well beyond bankruptcy. He conducts forensic examinations and fraud investigations, reconstructs financial records from incomplete or disorganized source documents, and builds financial models used in litigation. He also performs goodwill impairment testing and insolvency analyses in matters where the financial condition of a business at a specific point in time is in dispute. A significant part of his role involves preparing attorneys for depositions and cross-examinations of opposing financial experts, working through the technical details of an adversary’s report to identify vulnerabilities in methodology, assumptions, and conclusions.

What sets Bradley apart is the sheer volume of cases he has worked. Twelve years and thousands of engagements produce a pattern-recognition ability that can only be acquired by experience. He has seen how financial irregularities present themselves across a wide range of business types and dispute contexts. That experience allows him to move quickly from raw financial data to the observations that matter most to the attorneys he supports.
