Recently, Acting New York State Supreme Court Justice Saralee Evans issued a decision in a case entitled, Simkin v. Blank.  The issue in this matter pertained to Mr. Simkin's interest to reform his divorce agreement with his former wife because he was one of the many victims of the Bernard Madoff ponzi scheme.  Ultimately, Justice Evans dismissed the complaint in its entirety.  In this broadcast of Forensic Perspectives, forensic accounting expert Mark S. Gottlieb speaks with matrimonial attorney Eric Solotoff about Justice Evans' decision and how the Madoff case may affect other matrimonial outcomes.
